Amanda has spent the last two decades running numerous businesses, empowering individuals through fitness, and giving back to her community. Amanda has worked with our group in multiple capacities, including as a fitness instructor, an advisor to the board, and now as President of PESGSC. Amanda’s efforts extend to fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns, and collaborating with medical professionals to provide valuable resources to those affected by Parkinson's in our Sussex County community.

Denise worked for the US Federal Government for 29 years in Capital Planning & Budgeting. While she’s now happily retired, her long career provided her with the foundational experience to act as Treasurer for PESGSC. Denise has served as Treasurer for the board for the last 11 years, and she has been a care partner for her husband with Parkinson’s for 14 years. Lindsay has a background in visual design, marketing, and advertising and has worked as a Creative Director in healthcare advertising for the last 16 years. She learned the ins and outs of the healthcare industry at the dinner table, sitting across from her mom's wisdom of a 30-year career at AstraZeneca. Lindsay's mom was diagnosed with Parkinson's 11 years ago, and she was inspired to join the Board after experiencing the positive benefits of the support group on her mom’s PD journey.

Bill, a native Sussex County resident since 1964, is a retired CPA and was the Senior Partner of Berry, Barlow & Warrington. Bill has served on the Boards of Community Bank Delaware and Beebe Healthcare & its Foundation, and he previously served as President of the Lewes-Rehoboth Rotary Club. Bill and his wife Suzi have 2 married daughters and 4 grandchildren.

Tom is a successful finance executive and entrepreneur. He began his professional life as an equity partner in The Country Fare Restaurant Group Baltimore and later had a long career on Wall Street. Most recently, Tom served as Managing Director & Partner of ICR/Westwicke. He has long been involved with civic activities, from sitting on the Board of Directors for The Family Tree of Maryland, to serving as co-chair of Light City in Baltimore. He has also been elected to several HOA boards and acted as an informal advisor to Wide Angle Youth Media. Tom recently retired to spend more time with his family, to travel, and to devote additional efforts to impactful non-profits like PESGSC. Tom and his wife Jamie split their time between Rehoboth Beach and Baltimore and enjoy spending time with their three grown children.

Bill served as a youth advocate for 35 years as a teacher, counselor, educational diagnostician, and administrator. He has worked with children from kindergarten through 8th grade as well as with college underclassmen seeking to gain experience working in school settings. Bill also served on the board of directors for Big Brothers, Big Sisters for 2 years. He’s never been afraid to put in the effort to make an impact. He considers himself fortunate in life and sees his participation on the PESGSC Board as an opportunity to give back. Bill and his wife Bonnlyn have been married for 45 years and have two wonderful children.

Billy, a registered nurse with 23 years of experience in healthcare, is currently working as the Outpatient Marketing Director for PAM Health. He is committed to serving those with Parkinson’s through education, support, and connection with services. In his time off, he enjoys spending time with family and is an avid golfer.
